The new 12-inch Windows 10 2-in-1 Samsung Galaxy TabPro S2 (SM-W727) leaked for the first time today, after it was Wi-Fi certified. Yes, that makes the Samsung Galaxy TabPro S2 official from today on.
The Samsung Galaxy TabPro S2 model that was certified today was the SM-W727, which means it was one of the 4G LTE models that got W-Fi certified first. The Wi-Fi models of Samsung Galaxy TabPro S2 should range from SM-W720 to SM-W725 at least, and the 4G LTE models from SM-W727 to SM-W727 and possibly even SM-W729 in some markets.
The first official specs that leaked for the Samsung Galaxy TabPro S2 today, were Windows 10 and the 2.4 GHz and 5GHz dual-band 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac Wi-Fi cover.
A launch or unveiling of the new 12-inch Windows 10 Samsung Galaxy TabPro S2 had previously been tipped for March 2017, which would coincide with the Mobile World Congress (MWC) in Barcelona between the end of February and the beginning of March. So given the timing of todays leaks, it seems reasonable to expect an unveiling of the Samsung Galaxy TabPro S2 at MWC in about one month.
The current Samsung Galaxy TabPro S was unveiled in January 2016, and was released during the summer with a 12-inch Super AMOLED display, and Intel Core m3 processor.
